IPAM

IPAM is a Self-governing Group within the ISACA® Winnipeg Chapter and membership is open to security professionals in Manitoba who are Members of ISACA® Winnipeg. IPAM includes a volunteer committee which oversees the operation of the group. Membership consists of IT security professionals representing government, private industry, law enforcement, and educational institutions.

Computer Security Day

To promote National Computer Security Day, IPAM will host a free learning event on November 30 at the University of Winnipeg. Presentations include topics that apply to home and business users.

Our Mission
The mission of IPAM is to educate and expand the knowledge and skills of its members in the field of information security and to encourage and foster the free exchange of information, techniques, and best security practices. IPAM offers a forum that allows members to discuss security related issues or topics and to gain knowledge through the experience of others. In addition IPAM facilitates knowledge through presentations by leading technology providers in the field of Information Security with the intent of keeping members abreast of current trends in Information Security.
